We are thrilled to invite a new team member to join the leading accountbased sales platform with advanced AI technology offering sales frameworks that evolve with market trends and customer needs and marking a new era of efficiency and effectiveness in B2B sales.

About the Role:

As a Customer Success Manager you will be the linchpin for the company clients ensuring they maximize the value from the platform and are satisfied with their investment directly contributing to their return on investment (ROI).

This role requires a unique blend of AI understanding client management skills and forwardthinking. Your role is critical in representing the company in the managed accounts making you a pivotal figure in ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Client Representation and Management: Act as the primary point of contact for managed accounts ensuring client satisfaction as well as being proactive in offering solutions where its needed.

  • AI Product Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of our AI product AI TOFU to assist clients in leveraging our platform for their sales strategies.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct daily QA checks on the AIgenerated work ensuring the output is of the highest quality and meets client expectations.

  • Managing AI Enablement Specialists: Oversee the AI Enablement Specialists ensuring all targets are achieved and the quality of work is topnotch. This includes setting clear goals monitoring progress and providing support and guidance to maintain high standards of performance and client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer success. This collaboration is key to solving client issues improving product features and achieving overall business objectives.

    Requirements:

    • ClientFacing Experience: Proven track record in customerfacing roles ideally within tech or AIrelated industries.

    • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate build relationships and convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.

    • DetailOriented Approach: Carefully focused on every detail of the job with a sharp eye for accuracy and quality.

    • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with AI technologies and able to quickly learn and navigate new software.

    • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.

    • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across teams to support client success.

    • Experience: Prior experience in customer success sales enablement or a related role is highly desirable.
