Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone email and chat/tickets primarily in Italian with occasional interactions in English.
• Assist clients in modifying vacation plans processing refunds and addressing queries about hotel and flight reservations as well as car rentals.
• Engage with both individual customers and B2B partners collaborating with hotel and airline representatives to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Navigate through our platform to guide clients in utilizing various services and resolving issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian(C1)and English(B2) both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and customercentric approach.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and provide timely accurate solutions.
• Familiarity with the travel industry and reservation platforms is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
