CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Santiago) (Eng C1) (Free Zone)

Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Efficiently enter orders received from Field Sales Representatives Customer Service Representatives and Customers.
  • Order FollowUp: Ensure timely followup on all orders until customer reception tracking the purchase order process closely.
  • Communication: Engage in daytoday communication with customers sales teams and internal departments such as the factory Art Department and Order changes.
  • Pricing Maintenance: Maintain cost/sell pricing for each program accurately.
  • Customer Support: Address Consumer/Sales requests via email and handle queries regarding products programs and returns.
  • Training and Education: Stay updated through constant training and education on products and order entry processes.
  • Record Management: Research previous customer records and ensure accurate interpretation and entry of orders based on established product codes and procedures.
  • Price and Product Confirmation: Confirm pricing and product offerings within line guide specifications.

Job Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in written and verbal English is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Solid data entry and typing skills along with proficiency in basic MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook Explorer).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional email etiquette.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well both individually and in a team.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Exhibits emotional intelligence and empathy in customer interactions.
  • Location: Onsite position; must reside in Santiago.
