Supply Chain Logistics Manager

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain and improve process efficiency.
  
• Supervise supplier selection and negotiation to ensure continuous supply of materials and components at a reasonable cost.
  
• Longterm planning of the supply chain strategy identifying improvement opportunities and areas of risk.
  
• Manage inventory maintaining optimal availability of products and materials without exceeding storage capacity.
  
• Enhance transportation storage and distribution processes to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
  
• Conduct data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and make informed decisions on supply chain management.
  
• Explore and adopt new technologies and practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Collaborate with other departments and internal teams to coordinate activities and ensure effective integration of the supply chain across all areas of the company.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in all supply chain operations.
  
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and business partners to secure profitable agreements and ensure quality and timely supplies.
  
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
  
• Evaluate supplier and business partner performance and take corrective actions as needed.
  
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective supply chain management.
  
• Train staff in supply chain practices and procedures.
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  
• Identify and resolve operational issues in the supply chain in a timely and efficient manner.
  
• Stay informed of trends and developments in supply chain management and apply best practices within the organization.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree / Masters student in International Business Business Administration etc...
  
• Availability for international travel
  
• Own vehicle
  
• Minimum of 4 years of experience
  
• Intermediate or advanced English
  
• Experience in OEA certification
  
• Knowledgeable in inventory systems customs and warehouse management
  
• SAP (desirable)
  
• Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
