IT Manager

• Responsible for overseeing managing maintenance of the organizations local IT infrastructure systems and networks.
  
• Aligning with the global support (Infrastructure and Security) to coordinate upgrades.
  
• Overseeing all information technology operations and strategies within the Dominican Republic.
  
• Managing IT teams infrastructure and services to ensure that IT supports the organizations goals and objectives.
  
• Ensuring that IT resources function efficiently securely and align with the organizations needs and objectives.
  
• Provides technical support and assistance to endusers in an organization primarily in managing their desktop computing environments.
  
• Work closely with the security HQ Leads on implement the global policies on security.
  
• Management CCTV Network.
  
• Maintaining an update to date network diagram and asset listing.
  
• Managing and coordinating the desktop computing environment within an organization.
  
• Ensuring that endusers have the necessary hardware software and technical support to carry out their tasks effectively
  
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders Regional IT teams and global IT teams
  
• Understanding business needs identifying opportunities for technology improvements and facilitating the development and implementation of global IT solutions that align with organizational goals
  
• Budget planning (Capex/Opex) and procurement. Asset management
  
• Project planning and execution with local DR management like new shop openings new business requirements.
  
• Manage local vendor relationships for IT services
  
• Handle complaints escalations to the IT stakeholders
  
• Role of Store Systems Manager involves ensuring that the DR POS systems are effectively deployed maintained and optimized to support the business operation
  
• Coordination with Global POS teams for upgrades user acceptance testing of new features
  
• Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems and network stability for stores.
  
• Manage new store openings (from procurement of hardware cabling)
  
• Involvement in the support of the LATAM Caribbean islands (project by project)
  
• Support of the DR Logistics users during physical inventory counts
