As a Customer Service Agent you will act as the first line of support offering professional and friendly assistance via live chats and email correspondence. This position demands a high level of customer service skills attention to detail and the ability to resolve inquiries efficiently and accurately. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty which are key to our companys success.
  • Deliver timely accurate and friendly customer support via live chat and email aiming for high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management betting procedures troubleshooting and provide general information.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our betting products promotions policies and procedures to offer accurate information.
  • Collaborate with your team to identify process improvements share knowledge and achieve team goals.
  • Address customer complaints and issues escalating complex cases to supervisors as necessary.
  • Ensure customer privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to keep skills and product knowledge up to date.
Team Structure:
  • You will be part of a dynamic customer service team reporting directly to a Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Collaborate effectively within your team to meet and exceed customer service standards.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service preferably in an online setting.
  • Experience in the wagering/betting industry is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly and professionally convey information through writing and speaking.
  • Effective problemsolving skills and the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Competent in using computer systems and software capable of fast and accurate typing.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays on a 24/7 roster.
