Follow scripts and instructions assigned to calls.
Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and providing available solutions or alternatives.
Providing marketing offers for the organization’s products and services if given the opportunity.
Building sustainable relationships with customers by obtaining additional data such as (email, or another phone number)
Keep records of all conversations in our contact center database in an understandable manner
Attending educational training on an ongoing basis to improve the level of service and performance.
Follow up on procedures to achieve the goals of the Customer Service Department.
