Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day activities of the customer service department.
  • Manage and Follow up on the call center team.
  • Responsible for the clients once the contract is done by the Sales team by introducing himself/herself to the client in the delivery phase and taking their full data.
  • Achieve delivery units for customers within SLA (Service level agreement) the time frame announced by the company.
  • Submit Contracts to customers within the time SLA (Service level agreement) frame approved by the company.
  • Handle all customer complaints within the predetermined service level time with the highest satisfaction rate.
  • Average achievement of monitoring for CS calls [including meetings]. All reports required by direct are presented accurately and within the required time frames.
  • Supervise the collection plan pre-set by the company.
  • All data are recorded on CRM system.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from any reputable university

Experience:

  • 8-12 years of experience preferably in a real state Field

Skills:

  • Excellent computer skills.
  • High teamwork orientation to be able to effect cooperation among subordinates with diverse mentalities and perform different functions
  • Result orientation to be able to lead difficult projects and initiatives and achieve results even when faced with strong resistance.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure even with constantly changing requirements.
  • Business sense.
