Physician Pain Management

Physician Job Responsibilities

  • Discuss medical history with patient to acquire knowledge of health care
  • Examine and diagnose patients, create a treatment plan, and perform minor
  • Delegate tasks to nurses and
  • Conduct routine and sports
  • Hire, manage, and supervise
  • Respond to patient questions and health
  • Prescribe medications and suggest lifestyle
  • Review and retain orderly and well-kept patient
  • Collect specimens, refer to laboratory, and assess medical
  • Administer topical, oral, intravenous, or intramuscular
  • Communicate pertinent medical records to appropriate specialists as needed


Requirements

Physician Requirements and Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Medicine ( or )
  • Valid license to practice; board certified
  • 2+ years practicing medicine in hospital or private practice
  • Adept at diagnosing problems and creating treatment plans for patients
  • Highly computer literate and familiar with charting
  • Excels in communicating sensitive and/or adverse information
  • Sound judgment and expert decision-making abilities
  • Analytical thinker and complex problem-solver
