Our client is a national company looking for enthusiastic bubbly individuals to join their Southport office as a Customer Service Assistant. Within this role you will be responsible for;
- Dealing with online phone and walk in enquiries
- Inviting customer into the facility conduct a show around of the site
- Adding new customers onto the system
- Chasing payments
- Support with operation and administrative tasks throughout the site
Working hours are Monday to Friday 84 or 106 Saturday 94 and Sunday 103 on a rota. You will be required to work 5 in 7 days which includes 1 in 3 weekends 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have strong retail/customer service experience and must be able to drive!!
