The company cater to client in the US , and will be done remotely from Amman's office Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Serve as Primary point of contact for customer inquiries with respect to quotes, orders, invoicing, returns, shipments report and billings
- Respond and manage all incoming/outgoing customer phone calls, emails in professional and timely fashion-
- Build and maintain client loyalty by providing prompt, friendly service.
- Prepare and distribute monthly sales and commission reports to appropriate parties
- Other duties as needed by the company Requirement
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi task and mange time efficiently.
- Ability to learn quickly and handle pressure well to accommodate demand Attention to details and high accuracy in data entry - good working knowledge of MS office applications -
