Customer Service Agent with Kitesurf Experience (French Speaker)

What may sound like an unconventional combination to some, is exactly what we are looking for! Our client, a growing international watersports company, is looking for someone that can assist customers throughout the entire customer journey: assisting them during the buying and shipping process. You will be in touch with customers from all over Europe and will help them to have an excellent experience. Due to the products of our client, we are looking for someone with experience in either kite- or windsurfing.

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact working as Customer Service with Kitesurf Experience:

• Assisting and advising customers with Order and Purchasing related topics
• Managing the administration of all orders
• Overseeing and monitoring the stock allocation, and shipment planning and coordinating
• Communicating with shipping agents, forwarders, and vendors
• Maintaining the Ordering Management System and the Enterprise Resource Planning solutions
• Monitoring suppliers delivery schedule
• Identifying and Managing problems to ensure a successful conclusion for the customer

Requirements

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Fluent in French and English (at least a C1 level)
• 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Logistics
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Attention to detail understanding the entire ordering and shipment processes
• Able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility independently and in a team
• Experience with kite- or windsurf (intermediate level and up)
