Customer Service Advisor (German) - BARCELONA

Do you have strong communication skills in German, and would you like to work in an international environment, assisting German-speaking customers? This is your chance because we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen our Customer Service team in the amazing area of Barcelona!!

Tasks

As a Customer Service Agent in our German-speaking department, your main responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with various challenges by phone or e-mail (B2C // B2B)
• Provide administrative information about bank transactions
• Giving advice and providing solutions
• Maintaining a good customer relationship
• Making sure that all issues are solved and documented
• Blocking credit cards
• At a later stage: dealing with disputes

What you need:

• Native level of German
• Good level of English
• Flexibility with regards to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
• Basic computer skills are required
• Call center experience is a plus, but not a must
