We are hiring a Customer Satisfaction Analyst!

The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting customer satisfaction research identifying potential areas for improvement in overall performance measuring service satisfaction and coordinating the military agenda.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our company maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Skills :

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Satisfaction Research: Designing and implementing surveys questionnaires and feedback mechanisms. Analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Identifying Improvement Opportunities: Using data analysis to detect areas for improvement. Collaborating with teams to develop action plans.
  • Measuring Service Satisfaction: Creating and maintaining KPIs for service satisfaction. Analyzing KPI data to assess service performance.
  • Coordinating Military Agenda: Acting as the main contact for military agendarelated activities. Liaising with internal stakeholders and military partners for smooth execution.
