- Depositing leads to VATIO CRM software
- Managing all Leads
- Followup of leads until it gets converted
- Responding to leads Immediately
- Sending required Information such as Brochures Prices Specifications references
- Contacting leads to better understanding & clarifying their queries
- Forwarding the Project leads to Project manager
- Receiving BOM & costing from Project Manager
- Getting Cost Approval from Directors
- Sharing Quotes to the customer
- Initiating Advance Payment to Customer
- Raising proforma Invoice against our Offer
- Coordination with project team till completion
AFTER SALES
- Sending thanks mail for Business
- Follow up until full payment received
- Preparation & Sending Invoices
- Customer Feedback survey
