Recruitment Consultant- Keighley

Up to 30% commission on all billings, basic salary of £20,000 - 25,000. Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm based in office in Keighley. 29 day's holiday + bank holidays, company car after 6 months with the business.

Harrison Sands are hiring for a Recruitment Consultant to join a specialist construction recruitment agency based in their Yorkshire operations. Joining a growing team, your focus will be sourcing workers for existing clients using job boards, advertising and LinkedIn, managing a small pool of existing clients and also completing sales activities to source new business.

This role will suit a Recruitment Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant at the beginning of their career looking for an agency to grow and develop their career with.

We don't require experience of placement within the construction industry, but ideally would love to see a background in placement of blue collar/ volume temporary workers.

Our client have a market leading commission structure, meaning that you can earn up to 30% of every fee you generate for them back in bonus, paid monthly.

After six months with the business you will also be eligible for company car which includes Audi and BMW.

Our client are based in Keighley, so all applicants must be able to commute here on a Monday - Friday basis.
