Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with Bocsha customers over phone, WhatsApp and email messages.
- Place customers’ orders on daily basis and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they got the service they require
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media (In, Fb)
- Build a strong relation with our clients and guide them with all their needs
Job Requirements
- 1 year or above - experience in customer service
- Communication Skills
- Teamwork
- Ability to handle pressure
- Ability to promote and sell products or services.
- Able to speak with customers in a calm, enthusiastic and friendly tone of voice.
- Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers
