Role:

• We have several work patterns available including;
• Opportunity to earn based on your performance!
• Take inbound customer calls and partner referrals
• Liaise with insurers to confirm accident liability and policy obligations on a claim
• Make outbound calls to customers and stakeholders
• Work with our customers and insurers to make liability decisions

Qualifications skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a customer focused role (however not necessary if you have the right attitude!)
• Ability to connect with customers and lead the conversation to the right solution.
• Strong analytical negotiation and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Time management skills
