We have an opportunity for an Internship Customer Experience Administrator with English to join our multicompetence international team in Katowice, supporting key industrial Customers throughout Europe.

Tasks

  • Order processing - entering mail orders into SAP
  • Checking product availability and order status
  • Cooperation with internal teams
  • Daily customer support via email and phone for the UK market

In our team there are shifts: Working time 9:00 17:00 is divided into 9:30 14:00 calls and 14:00 17:00 back office; Working time 10:00 18:00 is divided into 10:00 14:00 back office and 14:00 18:00 calls

Requirements

What makes you the ideal candidate?

  • Last course/semester - offer for people with student status only
  • English language knowledge (at least C1)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus
