We are currently looking for an empathetic and problemsolving new colleague joining our Customer Care Team. If you would like to be part of our success story by contributing to the happiness of our customers we are happy to get in touch with you!

Tasks

How you are part of our success story:

  • You find solutions for customer problems that arise and you will support them through the journey
  • You support both tenants and landlords
  • You are the contact person for national and international customers following the booking process by telephone and email
  • You are a crossteam collaborator and ensure that we all work together to help customers reach their goals
  • You escalate customer feedback and suggestions in order to improve the customer experience

Requirements

What you need to convince us:

  • You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and have the necessary sensitivity to find a solution for every problem
  • Independence strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility are your distinguishing features
  • Ideally you have professional experience in customer service after sales or a similar position
  • You speak business fluent English plus additional language (German Spanish or French)
