Spanish Customer Support Advisor

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support to Spanishspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
• Assist with content moderation tasks ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
• Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship permanent residency or valid work permit).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
