ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Daily processing of applications and updating records in Excel and Database.
- Conducting outbound calls to customers for profile verification.
- Resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinating with network marketing companies and clients to meet various requirements.
- Preparation of MIS reports on a daily weekly and monthly basis.
- Data maintenance to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to streamline processes.
QUALIFICATION
- Any Graduate
JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel.
- Knowledge of MS Access would be an added benefit.
- Strong computer literacy.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with background verification profiles is a plus.
- Customer service experience is required.
EXPERIENCE: 6 months 3 Years
LOCATION: Malad Mumbai Maharashtra
SHIFT: 11 am 8 pm (6 days working with 1 weekly off on any weekday)
Working on public holidays and bank holidays
Saturday and Sunday work from home
