Our office is located in North Strathfield, only a 5-minute walk from the train station. The team here is a group of skilled, open, and dynamic individuals who work cross-team to solve complicated problems and challenges in this industry disruptive business. About the role:


We are looking for a customer Care Coordinator to delight our customers and ensure customer satisfaction post purchase.


This role is for a versatile individual whose objective is to build and maintain positive relationships with our clients. Within this role interactions will occur with the different departments of the organisation, clients financier and solicitor, as well as business partners.


Within this role the primary objectives are to ensure:


  • Customer care is at a high degree of satisfaction

  • Implement customer driven strategies to assist with sales through customer engagement



Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Preparing a range of processes, procedures, customer correspondence, and communications to ensure our customers and management are kept informed regarding upcoming settlements, property updates, and general information.

  • Deliver a high level of customer service and support

  • Liaise with Marketing Department to coordinate Marketing activity and marketing materials

  • General team coordination and support including the display office display and building facilities.

  • Manage, maintain, and deliver documentation relevant to the service desk processes and operations, including work instructions and procedures



Requirements

  • Proven communication skills and coordination

  • Strong administration skills with proven ability to maintain a high attention to detail when faced with pressure

  • Can do, positive attitude who prides themselves on going above and beyond expectations

  • Proven ability to think outside the square, show initiative, and effectively resolve conflict

  • Strong data and reporting skills with prior exposure to collating statistics and reporting through the use of a CRM or equivalent database

  • Strong systems skills who can quickly grasp new technologies and processes with minimal direction
