Job Description

- Develop and design curriculum content for financial literacy courses including learning flow interactives and followup activities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to ensure that curriculum content is accurate relevant and up to date
- Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for adult learners
- Continuously review and evaluate curriculum content to ensure it aligns with the latest industry standards and best practices
- Create and maintain documentation such as course syllabi and instructor guides to support the implementation of the curriculum
- Any UG/PG degree (Finance Accounting Business Administration Economics or related field would be beneficial)
- Minimum of years of experience developing curriculum content in the field of financial literacy
- Strong understanding of financial literacy concepts and the ability to explain them in clear bitesize chunks
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and experience utilizing various teaching and learning strategies
- Experience with curriculum development tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Additional Qualifications
- Instructional design certificate
- Knowledge in Storyboarding and publishing skills
- Advanced skill in MS Excel and Power point
- Design tools like Canva Pixton Figma Adobe
