Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 years of related work experience, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Development, Communications, Social Work, or other related field; or 5 years of related work experience with a Master’s degree in Education, Public Policy or related field;
• At least 8 years of experience in the education sector, with at least five years of a leadership role in a conflict or crisis-affected country context working to bolster foundational skills in literacy, numeracy or social-emotional learning .
• Knowledge in data management, analysis and report writing; and
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Oral and written fluency in Arabic.
