- Support data management and entry of new potential business into the appropriate firm systems, with a particular focus on data quality, accuracy and expediency of processing.
- Assist with creating, adapting, and running reports for business development, marketing, and communications data, as well as developing analytical dashboards to facilitate strategic research, trends, and other tracking efforts.
- Support and improve the audience targeting and list management process for marketing efforts.
- Collaborate in the development of comprehensive and systematic analytic models for identifying the fundamental factors impacting the flow of referrals to develop a firmwide predictive business capacity. Includes using key business predictors (using internal and external data) to spot trends.
- Manage KK360 Partner Dashboard analysis and UVA Management (data analysis and reviews, narrative / strategy intel mgmt., GP and BD queue tracking, general program criteria and parameters).
- Support the Marketing & Communications (MarComms) team on firm creative outreach strategies, including but not limited to, curating and compiling target lists and tracking all outreach.
