Job Description
• Manages the day to day operations of the microfinance operations at the field level providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high
performance standards.
• Coordinates with the Chief Field Microfinance Programme (CFMP) designing of credit policies, planning the growth and development of the Programme, designing the office procedures, setting up of
area/district branch offices.
• Develops the field operations procedures for all current credit products within the Field Office.
• Introduces and develops credit operations procedures for new loan products; develops field monitoring and procedures manuals for each credit operation and product and prepares and assists in the
