Responsibilities:

  1. Chart of Account (COA) Creation:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and create Chart of Accounts (COAs) tailored to the requirements of the new country rollout.
    • Ensure accurate mapping and alignment of COAs with the organizations financial structure and reporting needs.
  2. Setting up Approval Chains:
    • Configure approval workflows within Coupa to accommodate the specific requirements of the new country rollout.
    • Define and implement approval chains for purchase orders invoices and expense reports ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  3. User Coupa Role Management:
    • Manage user roles and permissions within the Coupa platform.
    • Assign appropriate roles to users based on their responsibilities and access requirements.
    • Provide training and guidance to users on Coupa functionalities and rolespecific tasks.
  4. Testing for Newly Rolled Out COA:
    • Conduct thorough testing of the newly created Chart of Accounts (COAs) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Validate COA configurations and mappings to verify alignment with business processes and reporting requirements.
    • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or discrepancies identified during testing.

Provide support for the existing Coupa implementation addressing issues and troubleshooting as needed.
Assist with the rollout of Coupa in new countries focusing on supplier configuration and purchase order setup.
Perform activities related to rollout including chart of account creation setting up approval chains managing user roles in Coupa and testing newly implemented configurations.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of Coupa.
Document processes and procedures related to Coupa support and rollout activities.
Stay updated on Coupa platform updates and best practices to optimize system performance and functionality.
