Roles and Responsibilities:
- To manage the day to day operation process.
- Support for the complete lending operations
- Knowledge and work experience in LMS applications.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications as this would entails daily reporting and management reporting dashboard preparation.
- Sound written and oral communication as the incumbent would need to communicate with external stakeholder via telecom emails.
- To handle day to day disbursement repayment activities in loan management system
- To handle MIS related activities on daily basis
- To handle Insurance endorsements/claims
- To resolve customer queries and complaints
