Job Description

- Teach social/emotional learning classes to students from grades 6-10. (MYP counselor only)
- Provide individual social/emotional support to students who require it.
- Maintain channels of communication with parents and teachers as needed.
- Work closely with various individuals and departments inside the school to identify students who are in need support.
- Maintain all documentation for students following all confidentiality guidelines.
- Follow and implement the policies and procedures set for the counselors.
- Suggest, organize, and prepare meetings, seminars, and workshops to raise awareness about key issues related to wellbeing.
