Job Description

  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Overseeing the maintenance of accurate financial records and systems.

  • Participating in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

  • Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

  • Conducting financial analysis and preparing reports to support decision-making.

  • Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

  • Assisting in the preparation and coordination of audits.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

  • Staying up to date with changes in financial regulations and reporting standards.

  • Providing training and support to other departments on financial issues and policies.



Requirements

  • A bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in a senior financial position.
  • A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations, and requirements.
  • Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel and SAP. Experience in Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
  • The ability to work independently.
