Job Description

  • Generate and qualify leads to fill sales pipeline.
  • Utilize leads lists and initiate outbound communication with qualified leads.
  • Achieve cold calling, messaging and decision maker reach targets.
  • Provide market feedback on client needs, business trends, competition and market dynamics.
  • Offer the company services in the most presentable manner and educate prospective clients about the company services portfolio.
  • Open communication channels with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Respond to prospective client's questions and concerns and handle objections effectively.
  • Setup and attend client meetings and create sales proposals.
  • Maintain sales funnel log and ensure continuous follow up on prospects accounts.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective clients.
  • Submit periodical own work reports.
  • Achieve leads utilization, prospecting and sales revenue targets.

Job Requirements

  • BA of Commerce, Business Administration or relevant degree.
  • Fluent Spoken and Written English is a MUST.
  • Excellent business writing.
  • Excellent user of MS office tools.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a related role in IT/Software/Outsourcing.
  • Certificate in sales and marketing is plus.
  • Passion for sales and ambition to make a personal difference.
  • Positive can-do attitude and ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Self-starter, excellent communication and time management skills.
