Our client Africa s leading cybersecurity and compliance management company provides Information Security Risk Management Cybersecurity and Compliance Management solutions to SMEs corporations and government institutions. Due to expansion they are currently in need of a CORPORATE PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST.

Location: Lekki Lagos

A Corporate Performance Specialist is a professional who specializes in improving the overall performance and efficiency of the
employees of an organization. Their role involves customizing job roles managing KPIs tracking employee performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing performance strategies to enhance productivity and achieve success.
They often utilize data analysis bench marking performance metrics and strategic planning techniques to drive employee engagement to achieve organizational goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assessing and analyzing the employees current performance metrics and identifying areas of inefficiency or underperformance.
  • Developing and implementing performance strategies to enhance productivity among employees.
  • Design custom job roles and develop a performance management framework.
  • Establishing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.
  • Plan and organize training programs research contents for facilitation.
  • Providing guidance and training to employees to improve their performance and contribute to the organizations success.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented strategies and making adjustments as needed.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to improve corporate performance continually.
  • Organize and monitor periodic reports on employees.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Social Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in performance management.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop metrics to track performance and success.
  • Knowledge of employment laws best practices in performance management.
  • Knowledge of performance management tools.
