- Study & summarize all papers and Board packs related to investments.
- Review Board meetings agendas and corporate actions for subsidiaries and associates in order to provide timely summaries of main issues and maintain records.
- Maintain Arab Bank’s subsidiaries and associates board meeting schedules, and ensure comprehensive records of all; committees, structures, board memberships, minutes of meetings, senior management, contact information, and financials.
- Ensure that silent Arab Bank subsidiaries are maintain in good standing and ensure that all related records are available and recommend action when needed such as dividends distribution, capital actions and liquidations; and follow up on all related procedures.
