- Customer Service - Responsible for providing quality of service to a portfolio(s) of Business Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking customers
- Following the implementation process when it comes to opening a new profile or setting up services
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at potential clients, consulting companies and partners in order to get access to new opportunities
- Ensure the customer's satisfaction, increasing their knowledge about the provided services
- Promote bank products and services
- Build solid and sustained corporate partnerships
- Identify corporate customers needs and refers solutions to appropriate banking services
