Performs front line activities related to installation, commissioning, repair, operation and maintenance of Zain Cash Services Platforms and associated equipment’s, Provide support (maintenance and operation) for Zain Cash platforms, such as Core system, AML, Agent/ Merchant Portals, and Mobile App.

Also study and comment on new value-added services (new technologies) and modifications. In addition to providing the day-to-day support to internal and external customers utilizing Zain Cash services and systems, Perform DBA tasks for Zain cash DB’s in addition to DWH and reporting services.

Role and Responsibilities

• Implement projects, tasks, and plans to achieve targets and marketing requirements.
• Implement scripts to extract information and/or automate tasks.
• Implement configuration changes on systems.
• Run traces and analysis on different platforms and troubleshoot different types of reported incidents and issues.
• perform acceptance testing procedures for new solutions, systems and services.
• Responsible for observing and enhancing systems performance.
• Ready to handle additional responsibilities as and when needed by the department/division/business.
• Responsible for the security, confidentiality & integrity of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies.
• Perform maintenance, support & Back-up.
• Provide day-to-day DBA tasks for all Zain cash DB’s.
• Build and maintain running reports in ZC DWH, in addition to building new one.
• Provide support to commercial teams by implementing new requests and any new ideas.
• Support end-users (customers) through solving reported customer cases.
• Facilitate implementation of projects from other divisions and departments.
• Prepare and analyze statistics and reports covering different platforms.
• Maintaining systems/services availabilities and monitor their utilizations.
• Work on upgrades and patches implementation for platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including IT teams, business analysts, and management, to understand requirements and align technology solutions with business goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of core systems with business processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of system requirements, specifications, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
