Our client is an awardwinning consumer brand that is revolutionizing their industry. They are a wellknown global organization with an incredible culture and an awardwinning CEO. They are looking to hire a Coordinator. This Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the organizations commercial sales strategy.
  • Play a pivotal role in supporting the rollout of the commercial sales strategy
  • Supporting daytoday functions for the sales team across 20 locations within Canada and the US
  • Responsible for managing data spreadsheets reporting and analysis from Salesforce
  • Researching verticals in new markets and developing gotomarket strategies
  • Collaborating on marketing material and collateral to assist the sales ecosystem
  • Working in matrix environment with shared resources to utilize existing content and materials in local franchise markets
  • Contribute to a highperformance culture
  • Reporting into and supporting the VP of Commercial


Requirements

  • You are a resourceful scrappy and highly organized individual
  • Must have a sales acumen mindset & experience supporting a senior sales leader or sales organization
  • Previous experience in a sales support function as a Salesforce Administrator or Coordinator
  • Proficient in using Salesforce
  • Experience with high growth sales organizations (Ex: entering new markets launching new products)
  • Ability to demonstrate agility and creativity
  • Operational mindset with the ability to use data to support insights
  • Must be located in Toronto
  • This is an inoffice opportunity located in Leslieville Toronto

3-5 years of sales or business development experience 1+ years of supervisory or team management experience Proven track record meeting and/or exceeding sales targets Ability to lead people, drive positive results, and achieve goals Excellent verbal & written communication skills Familiarity with CRM software; Salesforce an asset Driver s license and clean driving record Must be located in Toronto This is an in-office opportunity located in Leslieville, Toronto Player/coach mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities You value exceptional customer experience and respond positively to challenges Strong ability to coach others to develop their skills Ability to travel as needed Experience selling into retail, construction, or property management is a plus Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field desired, but not required
