- Maintenance of all employee data, which are relevant for the payroll
- Preparation and control of all information related to the salary process (Include Top Executives). Coordination and reconciliation of the information of salaries with the accounting department (advances, compensations and benefits)
- Handling of all matters related to HR Operations of relevant payroll activities (Health and life Insurance, End of Service, family allowance, maternity leave, pension fund, etc.)
- Relevant and timely communication related to payroll matters to internal stakeholders – (e.g. social information for new employees, providing spreadsheets for managers)
- Ensure compliance for all social cases addressed.
