Prepares food and dishes according to demand within good taste and ensures good presentation of food and dishes to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensures that cooking stations are stocked, especially before and during main hours to ensure that the main chef has access to all necessary utensils. Keeps the kitchen clean and free of any potential safety hazards to ensure it complies with kitchen safety and hygiene standards. Follows standard kitchen recipes to ensure cooked food is properly prepared and attractive to customer satisfaction. Closely monitors the quality of kitchen equipment and informs management if any repairs or replacements are required to prevent potential injuries. Adheres to kitchen cooking standards and regulations to ensure sustainable quality
