Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by efficiently listening and addressing the customers needs
- Respond to incoming events from tracking units to confirm or verify that all is in order with the vehicle
- Collaborate with other related departments to resolve the issues
- Troubleshoot remotely for simpler issues
- Review systems and application logs for remote diagnostic of field devices
- Be a central point of contact for our loyal customers and coordinate exceptional customer service with relevant Cartrack departments.
Requirements
Requirements
- Conversational level of English language skill
- Must possess at least Diploma Degree (D3)
- Experienced in IT or Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering related field for at least 1 year
- Having experience dealing directly with the customers
- Fully computer literate with experience/knowledge in Application Support and Web Services is preferred
- Willing to work on shifting hours at the office (possible at night)
