Overall Responsibilities: • Responsible for writing the content descriptions and synopsis in English & Arabic for programs that are telecast on television across genres like movies, TV shows, sports matches, documentaries, etc. • Translate written descriptions and synopses from English to Arabic and vice versa. • The program description needs to be written as per the guidelines and best standards maintained by the company. • Also, be responsible for searching for the content online and from other secondary sources and then re-writing the description in their own words. • Addition of content metadata like star cast details, keywords, trailers etc. Must haves • computer skills • GoodknowledgeofMSOffice • Internet savvy; good search skills • Havinghandledsocialmediaplatforms Facebook, twitter, etc. would also be an advantage. • English language: Knowledge of English (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory. • Arabic Language: Knowledge of Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory for Jordanian Nationals. Desired Skills / Good to have • Good communication skills. • Coordination skills and team player. • Inquisitive and learning attitude. • Logical thought process. • Knowledge of different TV channels and TV shows will be desirable.
