- Manage, Support and guide the content team to produce digital content on a daily basis.
- Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
- Responsible for data entry, organization and data integrity in CMs.
- Platforms localization, content translations, product support to deliver digital projects.
- Review, edit and proofread the current content and improve when necessary.
- Oversee and analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics.
- Working with the Sales, Ops ,Marketing teams to ensure projects delivery and performance.
