What’s On Your Plate?
- Validate schedule for Content Specialists, maintain reports and manage schedule changes.
- Keep track of daily attendance, overtime, sick leaves and other types of leave and maintain timesheet.
- Track content team performance on a daily basis to ensure SL & quality targets are met.
- Monitor content leaders’ performance and overall team KPIs.
- POC with all countries in case of any project.
- Manage internal & external communication.
- Provide periodic reports on performance.
