Position Overview:

The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking people management and handson sales expertise to lead the sales efforts effectively and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned location aligned with the overall company objectives.

Identify target market segments customer profiles and potential growth opportunities.

Analyze market trends competitive landscape and customer needs to refine the sales approach.

Revenue Generation:

Achieve and exceed sales targets

revenue goals and market share objectives for the city.

Create and manage sales forecasts budgets and plans to meet or surpass financial targets.

Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business expansion.

Team Leadership and Management:

Recruit onboard and develop a highperforming sales team.

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders in the given location.

Address customer concerns inquiries and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs.

Market Analysis and Insights:

Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape to make informed strategic decisions.

Provide market insights and feedback to the senior management team for product/service enhancement and development.

Reporting and Communication:

Prepare regular sales reports presentations and performance reviews for senior management.

Communicate progress challenges and opportunities effectively to the leadership team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.

Proven track record of successful sales leadership preferably in a similar role or industry.

Strong understanding of sales techniques strategies and customer relationship management.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to analyse data generate insights and make datadriven decisions.

Proficiency in using sales management software CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent team management and leadership abilities.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Resultoriented selfmotivated and capable of working under pressure.






1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2. Generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets 3. Proven customer support experience of 6 months+ in an inbound customer care process and willing to work in 24/7 environment (Work from office) 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills 5. Strong phone contact, handling & Sales skills and active listening 6. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters 7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 8. Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management
