Do review of identified data fields which are critical by affiliate/personal area. Run Data Quality Rules in the system to ensure all missing fields are updated. Do reporting on an ongoing basis on compliance. Responsible for creating and maintaining process flow diagrams of how data interfaces works
across all HR systems. Coordinate among teams to ensure the correct data goes in the HR System On Daily basis review the critical data fields Independently develop reports incl. data preparation presentation and timely reporting of
outcomes Closely monitor and track the data reviews performed by MDM
