Compile and review protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) training presentations and materials on from UNRWA and other UN entities that cover key topics including definitions, case studies, complaints and investigations process, the incident reporting form, survivor/victim-centred approach, referral to support services, informed consent, risk assessment and mitigation, outreach initiatives, and community based complaints mechanisms
Liaise with PSEA Coordinators in UNRWA areas of operation to ensure that material relevant to UNRWA s operational context are reflected in the final product.
Consult with PSEA focal points in UNRWA field offices that the training addresses key questions and areas of concern.
Coordinate with the Office of the Victim s Rights advocate to ensure that developments related to the training module on a victim-centred approach are reflected or can be easily incorporated into the final product.
Develop a series of training modules based on the topics outlined. The modules should include a variety of engaging learning tools and methodologies that can immediately be rolled out both in an in-person context, and in an online forum. Specific attention should be given to the development of an appropriate and engaging methodology for the online training.
