- Identify academic and practitioner literature and reports on training programs for public officials from Jordan and elsewhere in the region, with an emphasis on local publications and unpublished reports in Arabic.
- Along with the PIs, collaborate on reviewing and synthesizing the relevant theoretical literature, published quantitative and qualitative studies, and unpublished government and NGO program reports.
- Along with the PIs, collaborate on drafting a systematic review article that synthesizes the overall state of theory and evidence about training interventions.
- Along with the PIs, collaborate on developing and finalizing the methodology note that will guide the overall data collection and analysis approach for the project.
