About the Role

Design and develop hardware design (schematic and PCB layout).

Work with design engineering and assist in transition of design prototypes into

cost efficient and high-volume

DTC, DFT, FMEA and DFM analysis

Communicate and work with software design team to ensure optimized product

Create product verification plan, support hardware prototype builds and perform

Requirements

Skills Required

2-6 years of relevant experience in microcontroller and processor based hardware design

Good knowledge of various wired and wireless

Experience with multilayer PCB layout design for Mixed & high-speed boards

Experience with EMI/EMC controlled board

Proficiency in hardware design tools: The candidate should have experience with hardware design software, such as Cadence, Altium, or Eagle, and should be familiar with schematic capture, layout design, and simulation

Strong debugging and problem-solving

The candidate should be familiar with manufacturing processes and have experience working with PCB manufacturers and assembly

Hands-on in multicore Microcontroller and Microprocessor

Good Knowledge on platform selection, component selection as per product

Good Knowledge of Analog and Digital design, Power Circuit design, MOSFET Drive circuits,

Control ICs, and other Passive Devices ,

Experience with Simulation tools like PSPICE, LTSPICE,

Experience in using DSO, Logic analyzer, function generator and other basic Lab equipment

Good knowledge of standard electronic hardware architecture in real time embedded

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations: The candidate should be familiar with industry standards and regulations, such as FCC regulations, ROHS, IPC2221(A) and safety standards, and should be able to ensure that hardware designs comply with these

Good to have skills:

Experience with high speed board design including Wi-Fi/BT, Zigbee, Ethernet, USB,

Hands-on experience in soldering and debugging

BOM management and ECN

Detail-oriented and able to ensure that all aspects of hardware design and testing meet high standards of quality and accuracy
