- Review, revise and update organizational structures for three levels of MOH hospitals (specialty, general and peripheral hospitals) that integrate health services to ensure quality, efficiency, equity, and accessibility and centered on patients’ needs.
- Reorganize the governance arrangements for hospitals to allow for greater autonomy and accountability in the management of resources
- Recommend updated function descriptions of MOH hospital structures.
- Recommend improved integration of services with the proposed hospital structure
- Recommend improved coordination of communication within hospital structure
