Consultancy Financing

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the lead consultant in the preparation of the ESP chapters and throughout the process leading to the finalization of the ESP as and where required
• Ensure the implementation of Phase 2 on estimation of global cost of the ESP, and financing gaps
• Analyze and improve financing and monitoring & evaluation frameworks of pre-university education
• ACTIVITIES, DELIVERABLES AND TIMELINES, PLUS BUDGET PER DELIVERABLE
• Collect and analyze the macroeconomic data and trends and contribute to developing a medium-term expenditure framework for the education sector for use in a simulation model.
• Collect and analyze the existing financing data by sub-sector, to be integrated into a simulation model
• Collect and analyze the data on access, quality, and efficiency of the education system, to be integrated into a simulation model.
